Costumer Service has every time different excuses to not recompensate the lost.For full of BS answers I was waiting weeks.2 months already passed and nobody cares.I requested conversation with superviser on the beginning of May and still,they are sending my issue from low rank representative to the another low rank representative.Minus 10 stars is to generous for them! And those are examples how they try,and believe me they try hard, to make costumers fools. Playrix ,Township game, is stilling t cash,t cash bought for actual cash.
